We call them croton too, just spelled with a 'C'. The red leaves are two croton variteties and the green and white I can't remember. Yes, they are in my garden...I love variegated anything. I probably have way too many, it starts to look crazy with too many varieties in the garden, but I can't stop myself from planting them. I'll post more soon :)
